Ecuador - Orders from the General Division of Royal Revenues of Quito

Order addressed to the landowners of Ibarra and Otavalo (Province of Imbabura) to purchase the tobacco from Malbucho for the rations they give to their slaves, as is customary, because when not doing so it has an adverse effect of the royal revenues.
