Ecuador - Request submitted before the President of the High Court for location of mines

Request submitted before the President of the High Court for prospecting on a hill called Condorasto (south of Ecuador) mentioning slave labourers. In this request, the prospector states that due to his rank his slaves should not be confiscated.
