Cuba - Ruinas del Ingenio Alejandría (Ruins of the Alejandría sugar mill)

It was one of the most important sugar factories in the Valley of Güines, property of the Governor and General Captain of the island Don Luís de las Casas. Special features stand out such as the horizontal crusher rollers and the use of water power, nevertheless, its slave workforce equalled 150.
