The event is entitled "Facing Post-Pandemic challenges through innovation and inclusiveness" and will be held online (via ZOOM and YouTube).

As we face the challenges of a world radically altered by the impact of COVID-19, the second UNESCO High-Level Forum on Museums is in line with UNESCO's ongoing efforts to support museums and will discuss the future of this vital sector. This event aims to raise awareness of the importance of museums for societies and their vulnerability to pandemics, crises and conflicts. It invites debate on the following issues:

• ensuring the future and sustainability of museum institutions,
• promoting inclusion and access to culture,
• fighting against inequalities,
• assisting museums in emergency and crisis situations,
• fighting the digital divide and promoting the use of new technologies in accordance with universal values.
