On the afternoon of 28 October 2015, the Segundo Cabo Palace, a centre for construing Cuba-Europe cultural relations, had the honour of welcoming H.E. Dr. Matteo Renzi, President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Italy.
As part of his official agenda, Renzi and his delegation visited the institution guided by City Historian Dr. Eusebio Leal Spengler.
