General Information:
The Institute of Creative Arts (ICA) of Belize is part of the National Institute of Culture and History (NICH) of that country. Its vision is to be the catalyst for creative, artistic and professional excellence in Belize. It supports and promotes dance, music, theatre, visual arts and creative writing while maintaining links with the Ministry of Education in order to encourage training in and the showcasing of each of the disciplines of the creative arts. ICA is headquartered at its flagship building, the Bliss Center for the Performing Arts in Belize City which provides the stage for numerous memorable performances and several national festivals throughout the year.
